Pohlen Hospital has a number of clinic rooms used by visiting specialists and consultants who provide a range of outpatient clinics including:

•    Orthopaedics – bones
•    ENT – ear, nose and throat
•    Orthotics – prescribed orthopaedic appliances
•    Opthalmology – eye disorders
•    Psychiatry – psychological wellbeing
•    Gynaecology – women’s health
•    Urology – bladder disorders
•    Plastic surgery – reconstructive and cosmetic
•    General and Laproscopic Surgeon

Some of these clinics are wholly subsidised by the DHB whilst other are ‘user pays'
